Notifications

Notifications lists the problems HookTrader found that may need you. Each problem is one incident. When it happens again, its count goes up.

What you might see#

• API key invalid: Binance refused your key. Check it, then click Verify permissions on the account page.
• Rejected alert: see Why an alert did not trade.
• Unknown position: a position HookTrader did not open. Close it on Binance.
• Position stuck closing: a close did not complete. Close the position on Binance.
• Connector config changed: see Fix Signal Connector problems.

Needs action only shows what only you can fix.

Deal with an incident#

• Acknowledge moves it to Acknowledged. Resolve closes it.
• View payload shows the alert. View strategy opens the strategy.

A strategy that trades again resolves its own failures. An alert that did nothing shows only on the strategy's Signals tab.
